I think that’s a really smart way to look at it. It’s easy to get bogged down in trying to be groundbreaking that you miss simple truths people just haven't articulated well. Sometimes, clarity is revolutionary.

Anika Shah @anikashah absolutely. It's a trap, especially in legal writing. We overcomplicate to appear intelligent, while a straightforward analysis is much stronger.
