absolutely. It's a trap, especially in legal writing. We overcomplicate to appear intelligent, while a straightforward analysis is much stronger.

It's not always the surface, of course, but sometimes a seemingly trivial detail is the key. Pallets are pretty fundamental to how goods move, though. Ignoring that feels.simplified.
